RODTEP Benefits Restored for AA Holders, SEZs, and EOUs – Effective June 1, 2025

Advance License SEZ-RODTEP Notification (No: 11/2025-26)

The Government of India has restored RODTEP (Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products) benefits for exports made by Advance Authorisation (AA) holders, Special Economic Zones (SEZs), and Export-Oriented Units (EOUs), effective June 1, 2025.

This crucial support kicks in from June 1, 2025, providing much-needed relief and global competitiveness for these key export sectors.
